Arlington Arlington High School1157 State Route 55 LaGrangeville, NY 12540
From Albany & NYC: NYS Thruway South (from Albany), North (from NYC) to New Paltz. After the toll booth, take right onto Route 299 East to Route 9W South. Turn right onto Route 9W South. Take Mid-Hudson bridge East to Poughkeepsie. Take Route 44/55 East for 2 miles. Route 44/55 split. (Rt. 44 - left, Rt. 55 - right) Take Route 55 East for 6 miles. The school is located on the left. (It's 8 miles from Mid Hudson Bridge to Arlington High School)
Return from Arlington to NYS Thruway: Take a Right out of school onto Route 55 West. In 6 miles, the road turns into Route 44/55 West. At this point stay in right lane. Follow Route 44/55 West around the back of the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. The bridge exit is to the right. Cross Mid Hudson Bridge and take Route 9W North. Take left onto Route 299 North. Thruway entrance will be on your left.
From Connecticut and points east: Bus / Truck Route: Take Route 84 West to Route 22 North. Take Route 22 North to Route 55 West. Stay on Route 55. From the intersection of Route 55 and Route 82, Arlington High School is approximately 2 miles On the right. (From Route 84/22 to school is approx. one hour by bus.)
Car Route: Take Route 84 West to Taconic Parkway North. Take Taconic Parkway North to Route 55 Poughkeepsie exit. Arlington High School is 4/10 of a mile on the right. (From Route 84/Taconic Parkway to school is approx.20 minutes.)

From New Haven area: Route 34 through Derby to Route I-84 in Newtown. Take I-84 West to Exit 9 (Brookfield). From exit ramp turn left on to Route 25. Turn right (at end of Route 25) on to Route 6. Follow Route 6 to first traffic light at intersection of Route 6 and Old Hawleyville Road. Turn left on to Old Hawleyville Road and follow to 2nd stop sign. Turn right on Plumtrees Road. Follow Plumtrees Road to traffic light. Turn left at light on to Whittlesley Drive. The high school is on the left approximately 1/2 mile from the light.
From Hartford area: Take I-84 West to Exit 9 (Brookfield). From exit ramp turn left onto Route 25. Turn right (at end of Route 25) onto Route 6. Follow Route 6 to first traffic light at intersection of Route 6 and Old Hawleyville Road. Turn left on to Old Hawleyville Road and follow to 2nd stop sign. Turn right on to Plumtrees Road. Follow Plumtrees Road to traffic light. Turn left at light on to Whittlesley Drive. The high school is on the left approximately 1/2 mile from the light.
From Connecticut Turnpike (I-95): I-95 to Exit 24 to Black Rock Turnpike (Route 58). Proceed north on Route 58 approximately 20 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 58 and Route 302. Continue straight through the intersection. Turn right on Whittlesley Drive (first right after traffic light). Bethel High School is the first school on the right.
From Merritt Parkway (Route 15): Route 15 to Exit 44 Interchange (Black Rock Turnpike, Route 58). Proceed North on Route 58 approximately 16 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 58 and Route 302. Continue straight through the intersection. Turn right on Whittlesley Drive (first right after traffic light). Bethel High School is first school on the right.
New York / Danbury Via I-84: I-84 to Exit 8. At light go straight (towards Robert Buick), bearing left, going toward Newtown. (Rt. 6) (Do not get back on I-84) On the right you will pass a Chase Bank. At the bank, turn right onto Payne Road. (Note: Narrow road) Follow Payne Road to the very end. You will see a gray building on left (Plumtrees Grocery) Turn right at the stop sign, go over the small bridge, take the immediate left on to Whittlesley Drive. Go all the way up the hill Bethel High School is the last school on the left, approximately 1/2 mile from the light.

From New Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway to the New York State Thruway. Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. Take highway 287 East to Interstate 684 North. Follow Interstate 684 North to Interstate 84 East. Take exit 5 off of I-84 East. At end of exit ramp continue straight at the stop sign. At the bottom of the hill take a left at the traffic light. Go under the interstate and through the next traffic light. Bear right up the hill (Route 39, Clapboard Ridge Road). Follow Route 39 (Clapboard Ridge Road) to Danbury High School, on the right near top of hill (1.1 miles). Turn Right at the first traffic light.
From the West: Follow Interstate 84 to Danbury. Take exit 5 off of I-84. At end of exit ramp go straight at the stop sign. At the bottom of the hill take a left at the traffic light. From I-95: Take I-95 towards Bridgeport to Exit 27A. Follow Route 25 and 8 North. When highway splits follow Route 25 North to stoplight at Route 111 (Monroe Turnpike). Then go right and follow Route 111 North for approximately 5 miles. Masuk High School will be on your right. From the North via I-84: Take I-84 to Exit 11. At the end of the exit turn right. Go to the next light and turn right onto Route 34. Continue south to the junction of Route 111 and turn right. School is on the left side of street.

From the South: I-95 North to Exit 27a (Routes 8/25 North) Follow Route 8 North to Exit 26 (South Main Street, Naugatuck). At the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the light. Proceed under Route 8, and over the bridge. Follow through 2 lights and bear right at the third light (you should see Dunkin Donuts). Turn left onto Rubber Avenue. Go through 1 light; 2nd light is Naugatuck High School. From the North: I-84 to Routes 8, South (in Waterbury) Follow Route 8 South to Exit 26 (South Main Street, Naugatuck). At the end of the exit ramp, make a right at the light. Proceed over the bridge. Follow through 2 lights and bear right at the third light (you should see Dunkin Donuts). Turn left onto Rubber Avenue. Go through 1 light; 2nd light is Naugatuck High School.

From the South: Take I-95 to exit 27a (Route 25 and 8) Follow route 25 north through Trumbull, Stepney, Monroe and into Newtown. Turn right onto Mile Hill Road (Wasserman Way) (3rd Light in Newtown. Watch for Governor’s Horse Guard sign) Take Mile Hill road to the end. Turn left onto Route 34. The school is the first driveway on the left.

From the North: I-95 South to exit 16. Turn left off the ramp onto East Avenue and Follow about 1/4 mile Turn left at the first gas station (BP) onto Fitch Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left onto Strawberry Hill Avenue. Proceed about 1.3 miles and turn right onto County Street and the school is on the right.
