Upon completion of this form you will be sent the the Fall 2008 Show Commitment form and it should be returned with the correct signatures. Some shows will have attendance restrictions so please sign up as soon as possible. Dues are required to be paid prior to the drawing.

A few reminders:
Your official registration which is needed for the August draw will be the signed commitment form you receive after filling out this online form.
Show hosts are required to attend at least five MAC shows in a season.
Dues are payable at the August draw meeting, invoices are available upon request.
Non-Regular MAC members can participate in TWO shows without paying dues.
Bands that are "new" to MAC are only required to participate in TWO shows to qualify for championships. New meaning they did not compete in last season's championships.
If you need a special request to allow you to participate in another show on the same day please let me know.
