Yet another announcement was made at the December 17th MAC meeting...
Effective immediately, MAC will stop giving penalties. In both the fall and the winter MAC will continue to time shows for those bands and color guards attending WGI events or other associations shows where penalties are a concern. "Only in the most extreme case of an interval time problem would we see penalties given." MAC's president was quoted as saying. "We want to reward performers for performing and not have to worry about the effects that show timing has on them."
